▶ healthy breakfast (in bed, or at the restaurant … watch out for the raid on homemade croissants 🙊)

▶”detox” lunch and dinner in Grande Cuisine Minceur (all week long, our kitchen brigade will be pushing the fires under plants in all their forms 💚)

▶ 2 “laser” thermal treatments each morning: a filiform shower and a anatomical jet shower (you guessed it … these showers are merciless on unsightly rolls and fatty clusters ⚔️)

▶ unlimited access to our coached physical activity classes (4 to 6 sessions/day, in small groups or even privately for certain activities): yoga, pilates, cross-training, core shaping, aquafitness, aquabike, HIIT for the most energetic ☠️
