The Fitness Cabin is ideally located among the gardens. It features “technogym” cardiotraining equipment and a “kinesis” equipment for muscles strengthening.
Enjoying views on the surrounding Nature, follow your daily training or assist to a Yoga class or Pilates session with our qualified instructors.

Our Fitness cabin is open every day, 24/24.

Yoga

Trained to the Iyengar method, our teachers give one-hour Yoga classes for 1 or 2 guests, for 80 €. The Iyengar method highlights the quality of Yoga postures and focus on the way you breathe. 
Reconnect body, mind and spirit while practising in the gardens… Time ends and senses wander according to nature’s beautiful rhythms and seasons.

Pilates and Circuit Training

Strengthen your muscles deeply and stretch your body thanks to Pilates session.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high-intensity. It is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Circuit Training is the sport to practise while doing the Minceur Essentielle® Weight Loss Program in Eugénie.
