Restaurants, producers and artisans come together to showcase the white and green asparagus of the Landes, harvested at full maturity from the region\u2019s light sandy soils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At Eug\u00e9nie, asparagus has always held a special place<\/strong>. With the first arrivals of the season, it appears on the tables of the house, simply roasted in the fireplace, served warm with a delicate jus, or paired with a few carefully chosen seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At L\u2019Orangerie, our cooking is guided by the seasons.
