On June 21st, summer settles in at Les Pr\u00e9s d\u2019Eug\u00e9nie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the gardens of the Maison, the day will carry that very special feeling of the season\u2019s first true gatherings:<\/strong> a little music, plenty of light, conversations that linger, glasses raised beneath the trees, and the simple pleasure of enjoying a beautiful moment in Les Landes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the F\u00eate de la Musique and the launch of its new cocktail menu<\/strong>, Les Pr\u00e9s d\u2019Eug\u00e9nie opens its gardens to passing guests, friends of the Maison, and residents of Les Landes and the surrounding region. Come freely \u2014 for a drink, for lunch, to meet friends, or simply to taste the Eug\u00e9nie spirit in its summer mood.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the early evening, from 5 pm to 8 pm,<\/strong> the Toulouse-based acoustic duo LOOMA<\/strong> will bring its pop, soul and rock universe to the gardens. Two voices, one guitar, plenty of energy, and that little sunlit spark that turns a June day into a holiday memory. Live music, elegant and joyful without ever being loud \u2014 just right for welcoming the first true thrill of summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Maison unveils its new cocktail menu, co-written with J\u00e9r\u00e9my Lauilh\u00e9<\/strong>, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman<\/strong> and native of Les Landes: a fresh, thirst-quenching, flavourful menu, full of wit and playful nods, much like the Maison itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A first taste: L\u2019\u00c9t\u00e9 sur le Bassin<\/strong>, floral and beautifully refreshing, a bright composition of Lillet Blanc, apricot and jasmine; Belle Cr\u00e9ole<\/strong>, fruity and joyful, with rum, strawberry, rhubarb, coconut and lime; Salammb\u00f4<\/strong>, glowing and tangy; or La Pa\u00efva<\/strong>, deeper, more complex, with bergamot notes\u2026 To be tasted from now on. Mocktails will also have their rightful place in the celebration: Jardins C\u00e9ladon<\/strong>, Le Fumoir<\/strong>, Rouge Assouan<\/strong>, Sa\u00efgon, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi<\/strong>\u2026 Alcohol-free creations with true character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
