The « Minceur » Breakfast

If you are staying at the Maison Rose for your Thermal Cure, our housekeepers will serve you a delicious Slimness breakfast, perfectly adapted to your dietetic program. It includes a hot beverage to rehydrate your body, a new fruit-based specialty every day, cereal bread, a light marmalade and a salty bite, so that all your appetites are fulfilled before you head to the Ferme Thermal.

The « Countryside » Breakfast

This gourmet breakfast is served « the French way » in the bright dining hall of the Maison Rose. After a good night’s sleep, this solid traditional breakfast includes pure-butter viennoiseries, mini baguette, a crepe and a sweet surprise, an assortment of homemade jam, a jar of cream du jour, verbena yoghurt and freshly squeezed fruit juice.

The Great Slimming Cuisine

Great Slimming Cuisine, cooked up by Michel Guérard’s kitchen brigade, reconciles the pleasure of dining with strict dietary requirements. This innovative and delicious brand of cuisine offers a different menu at every meal for three weeks. Fish, whole grains, essential fatty acids and local fruit and vegetable are skillfully cooked to make your thermal cure an exceptional moment. Chef Guérard and his staff work their culinary magic to keep your daily intake below 1500 calories every day, breakfast included.

The Maison Rose restaurant is open to full board guests exclusively.
