To this end, we pay particular attention to reducing food waste. MEAT-FREE DIET Guests who do not eat meat for personal preference or conviction are welcome at Maison Rose. In this case, meat will be replaced with fish and seafood. This request must be made at the time of the initial reservation in order to avoid any additional charge related to last-minute changes.Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate strict vegetarians (ovo-lacto vegetarians) and vegans, as our recipe collection does not allow us to offer the quality and variety we aim to provide. LACTOSE-FREE / GLUTEN-FREE DIET In our pastries, the quantities of lactose and gluten are extremely low. This allows guests who are tolerant but wish to temporarily reduce their consumption of these two product families to meet their goals. However, if you are truly intolerant to gluten and/or lactose, it is essential that this information be communicated to us at the time of reservation (this type of allergy does not appear within a few days). Desserts will then systematically be replaced with seasonal fruits or a homemade yogurt (for guests who accept lactose). No arrangements such as “one day with / one day without” will be accepted during your stay. SALT-FREE DIET Guests wishing for “no added salt” menus are welcome at Maison Rose. Please indicate this at the time of reservation. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate strict salt-free diets as our recipes cannot be adapted to this specific requirement. FOOD ALLERGIES If you suffer from an intolerance to one or more foods identified as allergens by health professionals, please inform us at the time of reservation. Due to the organization of our kitchen and to maintain a high level of quality, we cannot prepare individual menus for each guest nor accept personal convenience modifications.
