How to use this Voucher & Useful Information

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months after the issue date, excluding on 24/12 and 31/12, according to our availabilities.

Local taxes are not included in this Gift Voucher. Your guest will pay them to Reception on departure.

Due to the success of our House, we strongly advise you to book several weeks before the date of your choice. This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Vouchers are non-extendable. Cancellation of a booking within 2 weeks of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
