How to Use the Gift Card & Other Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Gift Card are valid for all experiences offered by our Maison: Accommodation, Restaurants and Spa.

They are valid for one year from the date of issue, regardless of the purchase date, subject to availability, except for special offers or contrary mentions.

They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable.
They cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no monetary value.

Each voucher can be used only once, to pay for all or part of the selected service.
If the amount of the chosen experience is lower than the voucher value, the difference cannot be refunded in cash.

The recipient may therefore either:

• complete the remaining balance of the purchase, or
• forfeit the unused amount of the Gift Voucher.

RESERVATION

To enjoy your Gift Voucher, please contact our Reservations Office by phone at +33 (0)5 58 05 06 07, or by email, mentioning that you are using a Gift Voucher.
You will be asked for the voucher number in order to waive the deposit payment.
The value of your voucher(s) will be automatically deducted from your final bill.

As our Maison is often in high demand, we recommend making your reservation several weeks in advance, particularly during weekends and high season.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Once your reservation is confirmed, our standard Terms and Conditions apply.

Should you be unable to honour your booking on the planned date, please notify our Reservations Office in writing.
Only written cancellations — by letter or by email to reservation@lespreseugenie.com
— will be taken into account.

Cancellation and postponement policies are as follows:

• More than 15 days before the arrival date: the Gift Voucher is “released” from the booking and may be used for a future reservation, within its validity period.
• Between 15 days and 48 hours before arrival: we offer the option to reschedule your stay until December 31 of the current year. In the case of a definitive cancellation, and according to Article 1590 of the French Civil Code, “any deposit paid remains the definitive property of the establishment.”
• Less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: the Gift Voucher(s) used to guarantee the booking are deemed redeemed and permanently forfeited.
