Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months after the issue date.

Some Spa treatments are not fitted for pregnant women. Please let us know, so we can offer you some alternative treatments.

Guests must be aged 16 or over to use Spa facilities.

La Ferme Thermale is open from Monday to Saturday (9.00 to 13.00 and 14.30 to 19.00), and on Sunday (9.00 to 13.00).

To indulge your Spa ritual, we strongly advise you to show 15 minutes prior your appointment.

Due to the success of our Spa, may strongly advise you to book several weeks before the date of your choice.

This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.

Vouchers are non-extendable. Cancellation of a booking within 7 days of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
