On June 21st, summer settles in at Les Prés d’Eugénie.

In the gardens of the Maison, the day will carry that very special feeling of the season’s first true gatherings: a little music, plenty of light, conversations that linger, glasses raised beneath the trees, and the simple pleasure of enjoying a beautiful moment in Les Landes.

To celebrate the Fête de la Musique and the launch of its new cocktail menu, Les Prés d’Eugénie opens its gardens to passing guests, friends of the Maison, and residents of Les Landes and the surrounding region. Come freely — for a drink, for lunch, to meet friends, or simply to taste the Eugénie spirit in its summer mood.

In the early evening, from 5 pm to 8 pm, the Toulouse-based acoustic duo LOOMA will bring its pop, soul and rock universe to the gardens. Two voices, one guitar, plenty of energy, and that little sunlit spark that turns a June day into a holiday memory. Live music, elegant and joyful without ever being loud — just right for welcoming the first true thrill of summer.

AT THE Bar

The Maison unveils its new cocktail menu, co-written with Jérémy Lauilhé, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman and native of Les Landes: a fresh, thirst-quenching, flavourful menu, full of wit and playful nods, much like the Maison itself.

A first taste: L’Été sur le Bassin, floral and beautifully refreshing, a bright composition of Lillet Blanc, apricot and jasmine; Belle Créole, fruity and joyful, with rum, strawberry, rhubarb, coconut and lime; Salammbô, glowing and tangy; or La Païva, deeper, more complex, with bergamot notes… To be tasted from now on. Mocktails will also have their rightful place in the celebration: Jardins Céladon, Le Fumoir, Rouge Assouan, Saïgon, l’après-midi… Alcohol-free creations with true character.

Cocktails from €19, mocktails at €15: the Bar menu becomes one of the lovely signatures of summer at Eugénie.

And because beautiful days are made to be prolonged, lunch or dinner may also be enjoyed on site: the Healthy Menu at L’Orangerie at €60, or one of the Maison’s other tables, depending on the mood of the moment.

Come for a drink, stay for the music, longer for dinner: perhaps the most fitting programme of all.
