The evening opens with an apéritif conceived as a masterclass, guided by Morgan Delacloche, Estate Ambassador, before unfolding around a menu imagined by Hugo Souchet and the Eugénie brigade. Conceived in resonance with the wines, each dish reveals their nuances through a series of subtle correspondences. At table, certain vintages will appear in “mirror”, offering the rare pleasure of sensing their most delicate variations. Sublime Bottles Eight remarkable vintages will be poured:1975, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1995, 1998, 2004 and 2014,alongside several expressions of Les Forts de Latour. Milestones in a patient history, where time shapes depth, precision and poise. Among them, the legendary 1990 stands apart, like a living memory of the estate. The apéritif will be accompanied by Jacquesson champagnes, another property of the Pinault family — a gentle prelude to the journey ahead.
