Fitness Studio in the Gardens

Tucked away among the gardens, our Fitness Cabin offers a peaceful setting overlooking the surrounding countryside. Equipped with Technogym cardio machines, a Kinesis functional training system, free weights, kettlebells and strength-training equipment, it allows guests to maintain their daily routine or simply enjoy a moment of movement in nature.

The Fitness Cabin is open 24 hours a day.

Private Yoga, Pilates & Functional Training

For a more personalised experience, our qualified instructors offer one-to-one sessions tailored to your individual goals and level.

Pilates strengthens the deep postural muscles while improving balance, flexibility and body awareness. Yoga sessions range from gentle restorative practice to more dynamic flows, adapting naturally to every guest. Functional Training combines strength, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning through practical, full-body movement, and is particularly appreciated by guests following one of our wellness programmes.

Private sessions are available for one or two guests, by appointment.

Mind Body & Soul Weekly Programme

Every week, our Mind Body & Soul programme brings together a thoughtful selection of complimentary group activities designed to enrich your stay.

Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Aquagym, Mobility, Stretching, Cross Training and other fitness classes are complemented by experiences inspired by the spirit of the estate, from guided garden walks and cocktail workshops to visits to Château de Bachen and other seasonal discoveries.

Guests staying on a Private Wellness Week or Spa Escape enjoy the programme as part of their stay. Other resident guests are warmly welcome to join individual activities upon reservation.

Is the Fitness Cabin accessible at any time?

Yes. The Fitness Cabin at Les Prés d’Eugénie, Relais & Châteaux in the Landes, is open day and night, allowing guests to train freely at their own pace.

Where is the Fitness Cabin located?

The Fitness Cabin is set within the gardens of Les Prés d’Eugénie, close to the swimming pool. Towels, water and restroom facilities are available on site.

What equipment is available in the Fitness Cabin?

The Fitness Cabin features Technogym equipment and a full range of training accessories: treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, bike, Kinesis system, free weights, kettlebells, weighted bags and exercise mats.

Is the Mind Body & Soul programme included in the stay?

The Mind Body & Soul programme is included for guests staying on the Semaine Privée or Detox Getaways programmes. It is also available to other residents of Les Prés d’Eugénie, upon reservation.

What activities are offered in the Mind Body & Soul programme?

The programme includes group classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Aquagym, HIIT, Cross Training, stretching, mobility and targeted strengthening, as well as discovery experiences inspired by Les Prés d’Eugénie : guided garden walks, cocktail workshops, visits to Château de Bachen and activities inspired by the spirit of the house.

Can guests book a private yoga or Pilates class?

Yes. Certified instructors offer private Yoga, Pilates or Functional Training sessions, tailored to each guest’s level and goals, for one or two people.

In which language are the classes taught?

Group classes in the Mind Body & Soul programme are taught in French. Private Yoga, Pilates or Functional Training sessions can be held in either French or English, according to the needs of guests staying at Les Prés d’Eugénie, Relais & Châteaux in the Landes.
